Hilary BaumannOctober 10, 2012I'm not a big brisket person but theirs is amazing. Get extra pickles and the Carolina sauce is my fav but they have two others to choose from. They have good pulled pork too.
The Kentucky small batch sauce is great and better on fries than ketchup. The corn pudding is pure comfort. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork… you can’t go wrong. The TravelerMarch 15Small place on the side of the road. Ribs were good but they don’t remove the silver skin. Pulled pork, baked beans were good. Greens were a little bit watery but good taste. Id return if in the area.

We use Scott's original dry rub recipes, and the brisket, ribs, chicken and pork, all of which we get from Critchfield Meats, are still smocked low and slow. All the the sides are made daily and we are Kentucky Proud. The peach bread pudding is homemade daily too...
