Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii

8am on Friday 1/12/2024. Not too busy. Went up to the cashier, ordered Beach Bliss large and a Grilled Cheese. There was one person before me and another after. Two tables filled with people drinking and chatting. Still, very quiet.

Overall, Beach Bliss was really good. A bit sweet but that was what I was looking for. Got the iced one. Grilled Cheese looked very simple but it did have different taste as the menu said "Hawaiian". I can't tell what the flavor is from but it was good!

Great location as I was staying in Courtyard, within walking distance all the way with sidewalk! Excellent coffee/breakfast spot!

Excellent coffee shop which also seems to be pup friendly! They have lots of sugar free syrups and can accommodate for those in any of their speciality lattes.

Also they have alternative milk options. The coffee was strong, the flavor was creamy and sweet. Stopped by because the name of the coffee shop was funny, and it ended up being a great pick me up.

This was my first time visiting Bad Ass Coffee after 5 previous trips to Lexington. The service was wonderful; the staff was very helpful when asking about their products. The decor was of a relaxed coffee house with an outdoor patio. I ordered the Turtle Kick which had dark chocolate and caramel drizzle. It was so delicious, especially on a hot day that I guzzled it down. While waiting for my drink, I noticed that they had merchandise to raise money for the Maui fire. The items were a coffee mug and a sticker, and 100% of proceeds go towards the Lahaina community. Not to mention this was the sign I needed to see today (pictured below).

Duce made these delicious coffees! He was so friendly and welcoming. I love bad ass coffee and happy to come across one!

The coffee here is wonderful! Love the creative menu of coffee, tea and sandwiches. Bad Ass Coffee is also now selling pastries from DV8 Kitchen, which are PHENOMENAL! I suggest an iced latte and a cinnamon roll for a great start to the morning!

Also have to call out the great staff! They always have a smile on their face and are so helpful with suggestions!

Thanks to Bad Ass Coffee for hosting the YELP Elites. Bright little space, with a nice patio, always a plus for me. Of the coffee samplings, I preferred the Volcanic with its smokey notes, closest to Espresso, my favorite. Some tasty tidbits from DV8 Kitchen which will be regular offerings.

Awesome coffee shop! If you take a moment to read about the company origins, it's a great story. They also serve the MOST delicious coffee! The Kona is a little strong for me but the Hana Bliss is simply delightful. I bought a bag of it to take with me and the nice people behind the counter ground the beans for me.

On my second visit, I got an iced coffee and one of their breakfast sandwiches. One of the cool things about their iced coffees is that they make coffee ice cubes so it doesn't get diluted as the ice melts. Genius.

The breakfast sandwich was cooked to order and yummy. They also have a few pastries from DV8. Great combo!

Definitely giving this 5 star review. Coffee is amazing ! Staff's amazing! Friendly, helpful and very helpful choosing just the right coffee for your tastebuds. Located in the Beaumont plaza.
They also have really cute merchandise. Left there not only with a delicious latte but a lot of merch! Coming to Lexington is always a adventure seeing what the newest places are.
This one is a sure thing. I definitely recommend!

I came into town to visit family for a week and stopped by this coffee place to get some reading in after getting my nails done. I lived the quirky Hawaiian vibe of the place everything from decorations to the types of drinks and food that are offered that are Hawaiian themed. I got the Island Bloom Latte and it was a good mix of lavender and coconut and was not super sweet, which I enjoyed.

Love the different coffees! The 100% Kona is very low acidity and you can definitely enjoy it black. DV8 pastries are available for purchase, so you can definitely enjoy pairing your coffee with a delicious bite. The staff is super helpful (shoutout to Haleigh for explaining the differeny coffee options!) and everything is super cute inside. Location is dog friendly and parking is super easy!
