Great selection and service. I usually hate going into places like this because it takes me so long to make up my mind and salespeople are often pushy. Leslie had all the patience in the world and was very helpful for making decisions with recs and for how to try things out at home. Great installation in kitchen and bathroom as well as recommendations for other tradespeople for remodeling. GJ and Leslie make a great team for top notch customer service and no BS. I highly recommend.

I was in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I googled this place and was impressed with the fact the owner says he goes to every job! So I decided to give them the job. They did not have very much to chose from on their lot and didn't seem willing to try and get more in. Finally I kinda pressed and lo and behold they said I could see more in Winchester. I went to Winchester and found a granite I liked. I dealt mostly with the lady that works at the Store in Lexington. I can't say I had a good experience here. Their work was good very comparable to others I've used. My issue is with the guy that owns the place. First of all he never came to my job site even tho I asked and my condo is only five minutes from his store. So false advertising. When I asked him to come he was very cocky and rude to me.. he said how busy he was and his wife was ready to have a baby? When the installation was over the guys forgot to caulk and I called to tell the lady at the store. She was certain I was mistaken so I sent a picture! They sent a guy back to finish the job/caulking. I like to spend my money whether it's a dollar or a million with ppl who are truthful, professional and humble.

The whole team at Counter Culture is nothing short of Fabulous. I shopped around a lot locally. The moment I walked in to Counter Culture I felt like a valued customer. This alone made them stand out from ALL others.

Katie was great and knowledgable and really helped me make design choices that fit us...not what everyone else chooses. We chose LG quartz which we had installed and a great tile backsplash that we installed ourselves. The whole process was smooth, products were delivered as promised. We could NOT be more pleased.

GJ made perfect measurements and is just the coolest dude that knows his stuff! The countertops were installed perfectly and are gorgeous!

The install team was nice, professional, efficient, clean and did a fabulous job.

We had a tiny issue we discovered after install and GJ came back out THAT DAY and corrected completly.

I just cannot say enough good things about them--end to end the whole team is just great. I recommend them constantly and will be using them when we get ready to refresh our bathrooms.

If you are looking for beautiful countertops and exemplary customer service go here! They managed the difficult task of installing on old crooked cabinets and uneven flooring with excellent results. Leslie helped me in every step of the process and Caleb is just the bomb. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of countertop project.

When planning a complete remodel of my kitchen, I chose to use Counter Culture Plus as a repeat customer. I liked that it is a family owned business and that the customer gets personal attention from G.T., the son and president, Ellen, the mom and past president,
and from Leslie, the sales manager. I had researched and had determined that quartz was the counter product that best fit our family's needs. Leslie was so patient as she listened and HEARD what I thought I liked and then showed me selections of countertop samples. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, staying within my contractor's allowance. Measurement and installation reflected their top quality workmanship. The fabulous quartz countertop is my favorite part of the kitchen renovation, and I appreciate their outstanding customer service.

My wife and I had a great experience working with GJ and his crew on our project. From our first conversation to picking out materials, measuring, fabrication and install, there was great communication and attention to detail every step of the way. GJ's suggestions on little details that might make the project turn out better were spot on and much appreciated. I am beyond impressed with the work and customer service provided by Counter Culture! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a exceptional experience. We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. While the counters and workmanship is beautiful, I think our experience speaks volumes to the overall experience and attention you will receive as a customer here!

Had them do my basement bar and it turned out great! I designed the cabinets and they hooked me up with a custom cabinet builder who came out and measured the space and made it to foot. Then we added Black Galaxy granite for the bar top and Red Dragon granite for the rest of the surfaces. Turned out great!

All talk, no walk. On our second visit to the showroom we agreed on a time for GJ to visit our home to give a quote. GJ never showed up for the appointment and nor did he phone. This showed us all we needed to know. Counter Culture Plus gets a Minus!
