Ordered 2 items Early July. One item back ordered until Sept. Other item would ship until early August. Cancelled order mid July. One item arrived next day. No tracking info sent on delivered item until 2 weeks after the item was delivered. 3 phone calls and 3 emails to finally get the backordered item cancelled. They don't know where your merchandise is, they do not send tracking (in any useful manner if at all). Horrible customer service. Their favorite line is "you'll hear back from us by end of day". Keeping the shorts they sent because I don't trust them to deal with a return. Won't be surprised if the cancelled item shows up.

This is my last order from Galls.
I ordered three pairs of uniform pants, and paid extra to have them hemmed to save me time, and when they arrived, they weren't hemmed at all. The person that was supposed to "hem" them just took them out of the package, and turned up the pinked hems, leaving raw edges. I had to take out the stitching and will be taking them to a place that does "professional" alterations.
I have emailed Galls and requested a refund on the hemming, but don't expect to hear back from them, so I'm out the money on that. I returned boots during the 30 day comfort guarantee and was told they did not qualify to be returned because it was beyond the 30 days.
The boots were shipped on the 27th day and arrived on the 32nd day, processed by Galls on the 34th day. Now it's been over 2 months and I was told the boots are being retuned to me!
Awesome customer service !! Bravo to Galls, I started a dispute with my credit card company.

Horrible customer service, every order I made form them has been wrong, it takes months for a small order. I write and call asking to speak with a POC, who never responds. I'll start going with LAPolice gear, or another tactical store. Don't order from here unless you want to wait endlessly for your order, or get the wrong product!!! I would rate 0 stars if possible!

I responded back to Zach on 2/26 indicating the order number, who I'd previously exchanged emails with, along with the tracking number for the package containing the incorrectly shipped items. Gall's received the package on 2/27, and now on 3/2, I've not been received credit for the returned items, nor have I been contacted again by Zach who indicated they were there to help and would look into it immediately and be back in touch.

This was my second order with Gall's, I would have given them a 3 star review on the first order. All the correct items were shipped, but finding/obtaining information through order status was a bit lacking. One of the items arrived to me while the status on the website showed In-Process.
My second web order is where they've earned my 1 star review.
Ordered 4 items, 2 came correctly, 2 very incorrectly.
Ordered a reversible Black/Yellow rain slicker, received a thin Green nylon rain jacket. Of course they had no more stock to replace, so I'm returning and awaiting credit.
Last item on the order was a Short Sleeve Light Blue Police Shirt. The first shirt sent to me was not light blue, was dirty, smelled of smoke, and had patches for a Texas Fire Department already sewn onto the shirt. After contacting customer service, and several back and forth emails, they indicated double checking to make sure the correct shirt was being sent out, and even upgraded the shipping. The next day upon receiving the replacement shirt, it was still the same French Blue as the first shirt, but this one was new and didn't have any patches. Another email to customer service and shortly I received a response saying that since it was a clearance item, that they may not have had the correct color, and I couldn't request patches sewn onto a clearance shirt (Didn't want patches, have my own, just wanted a new/unused shirt that I ordered). Website had 6 different colors, and allowed me to choose the color, then it showed what sizes were available. Had I known that since it was a clearance item, they were allowed to send me anything they had laying around, I would have never ordered and wasted more than a week trying to get a resolution. Told them I'd be returning the rain coat and shirts, they indicated I should fill out the return forms with reasons why I'm returning (One would think after receiving 6 emails on the issue they'd know why I was returning) and they also informed me that they'd waived the standard $10 flat return fee due to my inconvenience (like there was a chance in hell that I'd pay return shipping for their various mistakes)
Have a local brick & mortar uniform/gear shop that was slightly more expensive than ordering from Gall's, but that was before all my time/trouble trying to get what I ordered from Gall's, so the local shop will be getting getting the balance of my business as I look to complete my police uniform. - Jay J.San Diego, CA015065Oct 12, 2017First to Review
Purchased two 3XL shirts from the same company. One fit ok and the other one fit like it was a 5XL! I also ordered a 2XL shirt, and it was WAY too long. I'm 6'2" and it's comes all the way down my thigh! Extremely disappointed in the shirts but it will cost me almost as much to return them as it cost for the shirts. It's not even worth it. I'd rather just give them away rather than wasting time and money trying to return them.

Galls confirmed the package was received 6/24/2019 at their location. No refund as been issued per their own policy and agreement with me. This is not a good company to when it comes to customer service, honesty and integrity. I have now filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General concerning Galls business practice.
Jun 13, 2019Previous reviewI ordered a product on Monday, shipped Tuesday FedEx ground - lie. The only reason I ordered this product from Galls is because they would see to it that the product shipped Tuesday and I would have received it no later than Friday. Galls told me the product would ship FedEx Ground. No one knows where the package is. It is somewhere out there and will arrive sometime next week maybe on the 18th or maybe on the 19th. This product has made a 180 mile radius around me and now is lost! I could have driven 2-1/2 hours north and retrieved the package on Tuesday. So far the package has traveled 436 miles and was last seen 190 miles away from the destination. No wander that package is lost, its origin is only 170 miles away from its destination. Galls offered no resolution. Cannot trust this company since they lied to me about how the product will be shipped. Reviews "What a nightmare!!!", "Terrible service", "Stay away nothing but liars and thieves", has all come true. Find another company to order from.

Contacted US Patriot Tactical and they have the same product for the same price with next day shipping available for 17.96 extra. Galls/Quartermaster wants 52.99 for next day shipping. Total cost from Galls/Quartermaster 296.31. Total cost from US Patriot Tactical 234.95. That is a savings of 61.36 ordering from US Patriot Tactical.
I called Galls/Quartermaster in reference to Amanda B. (Banahan) and was told there is an Amanda but no one by the last name of Banahan or that starts with B. Poorly organized business.
