Went here for the very first time today, and wow! I was so impressed. They had just had the grand opening for their new spa and they definitely spare no expense. The facility is beautiful, and the ladies that work there are amazing and so very nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I am new to the med spa scene, and they never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I didn't belong. I 100% recommended the Spa at Marshall lifestyle in Hamburg!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Marshall's for roughly 4 years. I can honestly say that he is one of the best Drs I have ever been around. He has not only been understanding to every last circumstance that life has thrown my way. But he takes the time to put himself into that situation and then looks at the ways we may approach taking the next step to try and make sure that I take the next right step.
I have become a better man in every aspect of life since becoming a patient. His philosophy is its not all about the amount of medicine you may need right now. But helping you become the healthiest person you can be and then assess your need for the meds. His approach on a healthy approach to life has become contagious to me. I often share his ideas and perspectives on eating and exercising with loved ones. He truly is a physchiatrist and not just another Dr. Thank you sir for all you do.

Hello MEN! This is Not just another Botox medical spa, this is "MEDICINE" for the individual- yes MEN - go see him! He knows what he's doing!

JUST wow ! So here is my first of many experiences to follow....

I came in with my 9 year old daughter and I got hydration therapy after being sick- and was offered Champignon? Bottle of water? SPOILED rotten TO THE POINT You don't want to Leave! Sophia sure didn't!!

So ..... I told my sister, and she drove up from Louisville, 90 miles away-They treated her like she was family and Dr. Mullins even scheduled a virtual Skype follow up call with her!

NOW - My doctor, Tam-Tam, gorgeous, kindest, short little tiny bombshell of a doctor that is Soooo down to earth it felt like having a conversation with a good friend! Who, YES has since become someone I call a friend! More than a physician.... She called me every day for 3 days to check on me ?! Seriously?! Isn't it usually the patient calling the doctor?!?!

Absolutely the best care and customer service I've NEVER had! Every person there knows my name and calls me by my name when I walk in the door:) yes I do feel special ! As I stood there smiling, feeling like I'm getting the royal treatment, because maybe someone told them I worked in healthcare.... I noticed the front desk blonde beauty was calling everyone by there first name!!! Impressive MLM - you truly have made me feel like a vacation - care! I will share this experience with everyone I know!

SERVICES OFFERED: MLM is a one-stop - shop that can meet the whole families needs, everything from an antibiotic to Botox to custom plan, to LIPO/ surgery needs with top knotch plastic surgeons and Treatments only thought of offered on West Coast to Tam- Tam who doesn't look over 20 but has served our Veterans for over 20+ years at the VA! Kinda can't say ENOUGH good things about this place, the atmosphere, the PEOPLE- it's just an experience you will have to indulge for yourself!! And don't hesitate to ask me ANY questions - I WANT to see this place in Lexington for a LONGgggg time!

Well my friends, i like this little place. Fancy decor and a pretty good staff. First off, I'm male. The doctor gives me testerone shots once a week. That T Shot makes me all over my woman! I am 66 years old and it really makes me feel like i am 25 years old. The sex between me and my young girlfriend is unreal and i reccomend t shots highly! Just do it!

From the time I walked in I was treated like they had known me for years! The facial was relaxing and the staff was so great. I will definitely be back!

I visited this morning for the hydration therapy and avoided a trip to the ER!! Exponentially better in so many ways! I usually end up at the ER about every other month or so for fluids after having a week of nausea/vomiting due to gastroparesis...it's always a hassle at the ER-long waits, extremely uncomfortable gurney, often rude staff, etc. not so at Marshall Lifestyle Medicine! As far the opposite as you can get! Extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff! Very comfortable surroundings! And I saved a few hundred dollars too! Amazing in all ways!!!

So I was referred to Marshall by a friend to address a few things - I went on the basis and the reputation of Dr Foster one of the partners and lead physician. I met with him at Marshall and I was impressed by the facility. Perhaps I shouldn't have been fooled by all the glamour. They require a 6 months contract for the program with Dr Foster for 215$ ; which I tentatively signed. But did so due to the care and administration of Dr foster. However due to discord between he and his partner the facility not only lost Dr Foster but many of the people I had grown accustom and comfortable. The facility and care was not the same. I continued however to see if the service would improve and in fact it got worse ai was having to run down appointment dates - follow up on refills and no after care was taken on my behalf. I called and explained my situation and that under the current conditions I would not longer be a client. I would agree to pay 4 of the 6 months as I had used their services despite only seeing two doctors only two times. So I paid for services i didn't get because the charges are on a monthly basis whether you have an appointment or need to be seen!!?? Seems like a scam the more i think about it. They listened to my issues and said too bad you have a contract you will have to pay the remainder. I told them I signed with Marshall as a result of being cared of by Dr Foster as a result of his departure and subsequent poor service the contract is no longer applicable or valid. From that point I never got a call or email from the remaining lead Dr to talk about my concerns or even mediate the remaining two months instead they sent me to collections over 457$. How about that professionalism - maybe this is why Dr Foster left in the first place because this has got to be the most unprofessional behavior I have seen. Perhaps the payment was late on his Maserati ?? Either way I would steer clear there are plenty of facilities that will meet your needs far better with more care and concerns than Marshall.
