I've used them for 10 years or more for laundering and dry cleaning. I have most things firmly pressed and they stay that way through multiple wears. The value and service is impeccable.

Dropped of a couple of women's suits and a dress shirt on a Thursday at 3. Monday was the soonest the shirt would be done. No big deal and my fault for not bringing it sooner but the place smelled like an ashtray. It was a obvious the employee must smoke in the back with your clothes. I won't be taking my laundry back to this location again.

Just used them for the first time and 5 of the 6 items I had them clean will require ironing before they can be worn.

Love these cleaners. Quick turnaround, great job getting stains out, very nice people and it is near my house. FYI, they moved to a new location off of Nicholasville Rd across from McDonalds.

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. They claim to be able to get stains out of things, yet it took 3 trips to this place before they even made a dent in the stain on my collared shirt. My wife has taken several things there and has complained every time about the rude employees. What's worse, one of the vans tried running her off the road one day. Newport Cleaners is a joke.

Sure they clean just fine, but 50 dollars and needing a day and a half to clean two items just doesnt work for me.

Will have to try their dry cleaning services out at some point. Glad to know, all ready, that there is a place really near to me that I can get, what I want, done.

Long time customer NO MORE. 2nd time going to pick up laundry before closing time... Only to be told they were closed. WAIT... I'm paying 'you' ... Yes 'you'... To do my laundry. I'm your customer. I choose where to be a patron. I will take my $100 a month elsewhere and tell others to do the same.

I have used several companies in town and no one that I have used is as good. The staff is always friendly and my clothes always look good. I have never had anything lost there.
