The studio is small so you are guaranteed personalized care each and every time(you and four others is the max). So many classes you go in as a zombie, workout with 20 other people, and leave without saying a word. After your first class, everyone you meet will be your new best friend....which makes working out SLIGHTLY more enjoyable! hahah The location is central and in an amazing neighborhood, you can't beat the Chevy chase area. The owners/instructors are some of the best woman you will ever meet. So kind, so knowledgeable, and always striving to give you the best workout for your Body. They also have an app so booking classes is a breeze. If I could give ten stars I would! Come get your shine on!!
