Warner Companies is a family-owned firm with three generations of experience in the building industry. Founded on the craftsmanship of Claude S. Warner, one of Lexington’s finest carpenters, the company grew under his son, C.W. Warner, who began building homes in 1956 after serving in the Air Force. The tradition continued with C.W.’s son, Mike—also an Air Force veteran—who joined in 1977.
