Optimal Living Services is a Behavioral Health Practice that offers Therapy for individuals, couples, families and adolescents. We offer Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient group therapy, Targeted Case Management and Peer Support Services for those in recovery from substance use. Optimal Living Services has many recovery houses providing structure to those in recovery. Optimal Living Services is CARF Accredited and AODE licensed, the recovery houses are certified by the Kentucky Recovery Housing Network, KRHN.
