W. T. Young, LLC owns approximately 3 million square feet of modern, concrete and steel buildings, located on I-1 zoned property, available for lease on a short- or long- term basis, which are ideally suited for both warehousing and distribution, as well as manufacturing. The buildings, which are located with easy access to both I-64 and I-75, range in size from 86,000 to 604,000 square feet, are protected by state-of-the-art ESFR sprinkler systems with clear ceiling heights up to 36 feet, and are sub-dividable.
