Upset. Botched up job. Poor communication. Need assistance. Want job completed. Could not recommend services to others. Cant get on-site evaluation.

The worst experience!!!!! My project was to be completed June and just finished up today. ( only thanks to Ryan) the owner will tell you what you want to hear just to get the job beware!!!!!!!

In a world where there only seems to be horror stories, My Three Sons is a shining light. I have found them to be trustworthy (quote was exactly the same as the actual price with no hidden fees), reliable (turned up when they said they would and kept me informed of the timeline and schedule every step of the way), respectful (Justin and Shane were awesome, very polite and kept the place clean and tidy. In fact they swept my unfinished basement floor when they were done and it looked better than it did when they started work!). Last but not least, the quality is spot on. Absolutely no complaints. My Three Sons power washed and repainted our deck, and they painted Drylock our unfinished basement walls. Both projects look fantastic. I fully recommend them and will be hiring them again in the future.

My Three Sons, its owner Keith Zafran, and its painting professionals are fantastic -- I cannot speak highly enough about them. They are true professionals, excellent painters, and extremely friendly and efficient. They came to give a free estimate right away and fit me into their schedule very quickly. They were very responsive to questions and they made my house look fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Keith and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I had a two story entryway and hallway painted by them, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. It ended up turning out so beautifully, I asked them to do another room! They were able to get it done the next day which i greatly appreciated. The men who did the painting even fixed mistakes on the ceiling that they did not make, which speaks to the pride they take in their work. On top of doing a beautiul job, I also felt comfortable with them in my home. They were kind, respectful, great with my pets (two large dogs), and very clean. Each day they left my house cleaner than how they found it. I also changed my mind on the paint color the morning that they were due to start, something which understandably could have been very frustrating, but Keith was extremely accommodating. He gave me an honest opinion when asked for and called his contact at the paint store to have the colors adjusted quickly so the job could start on time. I will be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks. My experience with My Three Sons Painting was by far the best experience I've ever had with a contractor, I feel blessed to have found them!

My Three Sons Painting did an excellent job refinishing our front doors. After nine years, our doors were very weathered. Geyner and Christopher were very meticulous and did an outstanding job. Everything was completely cleaned up at the end of the day. The doors look brand new. Keith was very professional and communicated continuously during the project. Truly, an outstanding company that I highly recommend.

I contacted My Three Sons after hearing a glowing recommendation from a friend. After meeting with Keith and discussing my project, I did not seek other bids because I was so confident I had found the best company for my exterior painting/pressure washing/deck-oiling job. His crew was courteous and hard-working. They were interested in doing a top-notch job, and did not mind attending to small details. I enthusiastically recommend this company, and will be engaging them again for inside painting within the next 18 months.

Being unsatisfied after several attempts to paint our new build we needed extensive repair on trim and walls. After much deliberation and meeting with several companies we decided to hire Keith and his crew. Keith's attention to detail in his initial assessment was extremely professional and thorough. Keith always kept to the agreed schedule and also offered important suggestions through the process that were much appreciated and helped to beautify the final product. It's rare to find a company that does what they claim and has such a high standard for client and crew. The whole process was enjoyable and educational for us. They performed beyond our expectations. It was well worth the time and money. My Three Sons will always be our first call for any of our painting needs. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about My Three Sons Professional Painting Services. Keith Zafren and his crew did such an outstanding job for me that they will be my first call for any future projects I may have. During the first week of July, I made an appointment to meet with Keith to discuss I paint job that I have wanted in my house for the last several years. One of the upstairs bedrooms and adjacent baths had been painted a different color than the rest of the house by the previous owner. I had wanted a more uniform look since I had bought the place five years ago. There were also cracks in the walls and ceilings that needed repaired. And, the ceiling had some pretty bad water damage marks that needed to be fixed. Keith walked through the job, understood what I was looking for, and made some suggestions about somethings that I hadn’t even considered. He had also noticed some minor repairs up the stairwell and in the living room. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. After expertly matching the paint in the rest of the house with his swatches, he went to his vehicle and worked up a proposal for the job. It took about fifteen minutes for him to return, and we sat down to discuss the job. His price was a little more than others I had consulted, but I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for.” After talking it over, I felt that the price was fair and would indeed match the quality of the work. Additionally, he agreed, at no extra cost, to fix the minor problems that I had mentioned before. And, based on his schedule, the job could be done sometime around the end of July. I was fine with the arrangements. I had told him that I was a teacher in Fayette County, and it was important to get the job down at least by the first week of August as I would become extremely busy with the beginning of the school year, and it would be difficult to synchronize my schedule with his. Still, the timeline would work, and, as I stated before, I felt confident in his ability to do a good job. I asked him to give me some time to look over the contract, and that I would get back in touch with him very soon to give him the green light or not. Our meeting was on a Friday, I had decided to sign the contract and get things rolling the following Monday. On Sunday, however, Keith was putting his weekly schedule together, and he called me to see if I had made a decision. He could have someone over to start preliminary work on Wednesday. I told him that I had decided to go with him and his company. I made arrangements to get him a down payment, and we scheduled to meet again on Wednesday. Now, this is where my expectations went over the moon. Evidently, Keith had taken my concerns about having the job done before the school year began to heart. Yes, they came in on that Wednesday, but they did more than preliminary work. They got started on the job, and the entire thing was completed by that Saturday. (They even came in on Saturday to the do the job!) This demonstrates to me the professionalism of My Three Sons Painting, and it affirms their motto, “Your Satisfaction Is Our Motivation.” Again, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Keith and his staff were professional, polite, and prompt. I’m not sure that you can ask any more from a service provider. I will absolutely look to them again when I have other projects, and I will happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work.
