This was a nice little tavern which makes one of the best old fashioneds I have ever had. We went one night for drinks and then came back the next night for dinner too. I had home brats with mashed potatoes and gravy. The brats and the gravy were very spicy but tasty! The bartenders make really good drinks and everyone is very friendly.

Great location & good beers, very laid back spot close & convenient for the distilleries. Visited on a Friday afternoon and it was quiet and got excellent service. Big fan of the oatmeal stout and prickly pear sour.

The physical space is large, really large, so you’re not likely to ever feel squished but you might feen feel a little lonely. Of course, that’s never my issue since I’m happy to start up a conversation with anyone around and the bartenders were willing participants. Not just willing to engage in small talk but they were helpful in describing the available beers and give advice on what fit your palate.
The selection runs the spectrum of styles and a handful of guest taps. We each had a flight so we could experience all they offered. We liked a couple enough we brought some home for later.

Went with a group of people & had a tour of this new brewery. The owners have been brewing for years but just opened this establishment recently. Has a brewpub atmosphere, with tables plus the long bar. Very good flights of beer. The surrounding area is just now being build up & will very soon have a patio with outdoor seating, a giant outdoor fireplace, new restaurant next door plus a newer distillery & ice cream shop steps away. This is all in the old Pepper Distillery area of Lexington, located on a small waterway. Fun place to visit.

What a find! We had a great, informative tour with one of the owners. Very enjoyable! Nice, rustic vibe.....very friendly. Truly unique Belgian-style beers brewed onsite. Great beer flights available for tastings. A unique place in Lexington that is truly a hidden gem.

Stopped by for a beer before going next door to Goodfellas. The staff here was very nice and the place was packed. They had several fall varieties also. It is in the distillery district. So many things to do within walking distance. Crank and Boom is next door and The Burl is across the street. I will definitely be back.

They have a good selection of their own brews. They do Belgian inspired brews as well as some craft brew standards. They also have guest beers on tap.

I took some friends from out of town here last night and they loved it. The beer is great and the setting near the creek is fantastic. I highly recommend!!

This is a neat little brewery. They have a delicious beer cheese. The beer cheese uses some of their beer. I do wish they had more food options but the beer cheese is a must! It’s also self service so you go up to the bar when you want anything. You don’t have to worry about your conversation being interrupted.
