Very unprofessional with poor customer service. Recently purchased a home with a pool I was looking for company that could help guide first time home owners. They informed me of a "pool school" that I was excited for but to my displeasure this was a 45 minute session of being scolded for not knowing much about pools and then information that could have been given to me on a flyer. This was $238. I later wanted to get on the schedule for closing my pool for winter. They said they would let me know of their availability...they texted me after 5 pm on a Friday with a some instructions and said get your pool ready by tomorrow...I responded asking for a time and they replied we do not give times... I said can you at least give me a window since you texted me last minute with no heads up..they responded sarcastically with their business hours For Saturday....when I showed my frustration with the lack of heads up I got a phone call from a woman yelling at me how ridiculous I am and how they don't need my business because they have 400 other clients.. wish them the best.

Excellent place to get pool supplies and for repair work for your pool, staff is excellent and everyone is exceptionally friendly. Have used these guys for the past 10 years or more and my pool is always clean and clear.

They lost my ticket for my pool closing so after 2 weeks I called them and they scheduled me for Thursday. Stayed home all day waiting for them and they never showed nor did they call. Very unprofessional and I will not do business with them.

Mr. Moreland, I apologize that you had a less than pleasurable experience with our company! I am positive we didn't lose your ticket, however we have told and spoke with several clients that it is far too early to close a pool. We do strive everyday to be better communicators but everyone make mistakes. We also reassure our clients that we will call them a day before to confirm the appointment and you were not called the day before because we were not going to be able to complete you on Thursday. Unfortunately in the service industry things don't always go as planned, emergencies and unexpected calls happen upon arrival on some jobs. Again I apologize for the inconvenience and am saddened you didn't even give us a second chance after you misunderstood our procedures!
