On the pricier side of nail salons. When I got a pedicure they didn't cut my cuticles and my gel polish came off on some nails within a day. I paid $55.

I purchased an acrylic set as well and the nails were not formed with an apex which is extremely important for nails to last long and not break easily. Very flat and rushed as well as certain nails had a completely different shape than others. The nails are already lifting after 5 days.

I'm just not the one to NOT pay for the service even if I don't like it. I don't want to be disrespectful but for my first time experience here it was NOT worth the money. :(

I had a gel pedi done yesterday and it was very nice and relaxing. I felt like the guy did a great job but this morning, i already have a toe that is missing color. So that's a bummer considering the cost.

      little toe missing color :(

I have been going here for a while now...probably a year or longer. They have always done a good enough job, sometimes better than other times. Lately however, there has been a drop in quality consistently in both the service and the attitude of the staff. The last time I had my SNS done was about 2 weeks ago or less. It usually lasts at least 3 weeks or 4. This one was the worst because the nail tech cut me twice, bad enough that I had to wear a band aid over that finger for 3 days...after I told her she didn't need to do my cuticles. Then the nails started chipping and the so called chrome started coming off almost immediately. Now it's been less than 2 weeks and I called to see if they could fix one nail which is the worst one and the guy on the phone starts gaslighting me about how SNS is only supposed to last 2 weeks! I'm pretty sure I'm not dumb and I have been getting this done for a while now! You just lost a regular customer! Thanks for patronizing me!!

Service requested was not granted so try to make appointment with 1 certain person, they did not allow it but the person told me to call and make the appointment to see her.

I've been here quite a few times and have always had a great experience and left the salon with a smile. However, today was the complete opposite.
I asked for SNS french tip nails. I got this same thing about 8 months ago and they were the best manicure i've ever had in my entire life, so I thought this time would be no different. I was wrong. My nail artist wasn't mean, but I could tell that they made quite a few mistakes and didn't bother correcting them because it would have taken them much longer. I held out hope though thinking I just needed to trust the process, but I wish I would have just stopped them before it was too late. It was painfully obvious how weird the colors looked, how curvy my nail shape was, and how extremely thick the nail was. I don't know how my nail artist could have looked at that and charged full price for it. I wish I would have complained, but maybe my nail tech was new and I would have felt awful for saying something.
I will say, if they are letting apprentice nail artists do nails there, then they need to let the customers know before they get their nails done by them. There is a risk of disappointment from customers.

I am OBSESSED with my wedding nails. My nail tech was Heat and I will forever go back to her. First, I've never had a tech work so hard to get the almond shape *perfect.* She also spent a ton of time helping me find and try the perfect pinky/nude color and then of course blended them beautifully. I can't thank her enough

overpriced for the service. I went in for a regular pedicure and it was pretty much just sit in the massage chair while they did a color change. massaged my calf's for a couple minutes and didn't give a foot massage at all. I asked the tech to shorten my nails and she just ran the file over each nail once. she didn't speak any English. customer service was severely lacking. I used to love coming here for manicures. I will not back back.

I was in Lexington visiting my BFF and we decided to unwind after a long week with pedicures. Lavish Nails did a great job with COVID restrictions. Everyone is wearing a mask...customers and employees. Customers are seated every other table/chair (6 feet apart). Employees are wearing plastic pancho like coverings for protection. As I was waiting on my pedi, I watched as every station was cleaned and sanitized appropriately.

I called 2 days prior and scheduled 2 pedicures for 6:00 on a Friday night. We arrived at 6:00 and waited a few minutes before being seated. They were a little busy but had plenty of staff to accommodate everyone.

I chose the Milk & Honey pedicure. I was sad to see they didn't offer the hot wax option (highly recommend it if you have the chance to try it!) But the pedicure was very relaxing. They really spent a lot of time on the massage piece and that was much needed after being on my feet all week.

I would recommend Lavish Nails. Great customer service. Great job with the pedicure. Very relaxing. I will be back!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was goin to lavish for so long before this point. they banned me from both locations because they said i was "too picky" when they would cut up my cuticles make me bleed & make the nails rough & bumpy. i NEVER had a smooth smooth set. plus the nails NEVER lasted longer then 2 weeks but wanna charge $170 for people who don't know what their doing then get upset when the customer try's to get what they paid for. product they use is gummy MMA & is absolute TRASH. the staff always had an attitude when i walked in for a repair on a set i jus got the day before. if yall did the application right the first time i wouldn't have to come back ... right? my nails would start lifting the same day because they use CHEAP GLUE & PRIMER. fix the issue as it's brought to ur attention don't get mad when i come back when the customer told you to fix it before they stood up to leave sayin "oh ima file it down" but BARELY even does that. i would sit in the chair & let them play with my hands give me a trash ass set & then i would tell them to touch it up AT THE END but im picky?? no the staff are just trash at acrylics & don't care about the customers feed back. half of them don't even know that they doin the manager had to a simple white square set on me & he didn't even do the application good acrylic was all over my cuticles when i left. i love how they've lost so much business it's WELL deserved. they jus money hungry atp they don't care about nothin but that . so much of the salon isnt even in use. they have rooms for lashes brows & a private foot bath area that the staff sit in instead of doing their job. there was many times i walked in & they said they was " booked & busy" but has so much staff sittin on they ass on they phones with their feet up on the couches. IM SO GLAD IM DOING NAILS NOW!!!!because they aren't overpriced & the application is flawless & they last way longer than 2-3 weeks. for people that don't have cosmetology license (some of the staff) they are EXTREMELY entitled because most of them hire friends & family to do our nails & you can tell they don't know what they're doing..they have to ask someone to do something so simple even i knew how to do before i even touched my first client or knew anything about nails.. i only recommend 1 person i love her name is sofia she's AMAZING WITH PEDICURES BOOK HER IF YOU GO!
