I lost my foot in November 2020 due to a surgeon leaving screws in my foot after an outpatient surgery. Due to a slow recovery (and depression), it took me awhile to get the information from the past 6 years from all doctors. In Kentucky, you only have a year to file a lawsuit for malpractice. Spencer held on to my potential case for over 5 months (I was already 4 months late initiating any action).
I kept calling/emailing asking if any progress had been made. I was told not to worry since we have till October (only a few months away). I was given my information back and had just a few months to search for a new law firm. It was impossible to find someone to take it with the limited time. I clearly picked the wrong firm.

So I had a car accident and needed a lawyer . So I called to make an appointment with these guys . They were very nice and happy to help me . They swiftly took care of my case and took care of all the paper work . Thank you so much Spencer law group i will be back .

Failed to pay a bill after I lost my case. Ruined my credit report after they told me they had taken care of the bill. Very misleading!!!

This is my second review. My first review has been taken down. From day one I've had nothing but trouble from Mr. Spencer and Mr. Darby. I have been laughed at by Mr. Spencer and Mr. Darby I have been hung up on numerous times by the receptionist they lost 20 years worth of my medical records on day one but they mysteriously showed up after 3 years of a disability case that they lost. I was promised a win and $100,000 in back pay that they did not win for me. I asked for them to file a federal appeal for me but they refused to do so. Please choose wisely if looking for a disability attorney. This has been a wasted 3 yrs of my life I will never get back. Very bizarre from day one at Spencer Law Group!
