We love living at the Springs!! The staff is great, thanks to Beverly, Jonathon and Timothy!! The apartment and grounds are clean and well maintained. The amenities are among the best I have seen! We look forward to living here for many years to come.

They state that customer service is their mission, I beg to differ. When we moved into our studio apartment that we were told was brand new, nobody had lived there we were shocked to see how damaged everything was. The flooring was scratched up in all rooms, kitchen cabinets were damaged, flooring was uneven and coming up slightly in some spots. Glue all over the kitchen floor area. When we went to have our internet hooked up after many, many days of phone calls we realized that the apartment we were allowed to rent was never equipped with an internet hook-up. We had to wait for that to be done, which was very frustrating since we were paying for a service that we were not even receiving. The pool area on the weekend seems to turn into several individuals inviting friends over and then a fraternity party ensuing. We found out that our father, who has stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma took a turn for the worse, we had to resign from the job we accepted and move back to the area we were from. We were slightly outside of our 30 days where we could move out without penalty. They refused to help us out and offered a payment plan for us to pay back the very large sum of money. Also, the only company you are allowed to utilize for TV is Direct TV. They only offer a 2 year agreement and the prices are completely outrageous, price gouging at its best. The management states they have a "deal" worked out with Direct TV, there is no deal. DO NOT RENT HERE
