Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen

So 5/5 on flavor and freshness, no doubt. Delicious and makes salads exciting! They have a lot of good options and make a well balanced salad.

3/5 on the portion, how filling this is, and the price for it. Although so good, I just am not excited about the price point that comes with a salad. For this reason, I am not likely to return.

If you want to eat clean, have diet restrictions, or don't mind what you spend this is a great option.

Bluegrass Blackberry with shrimp was delicious- fantastic flavors and the lite portion was plenty for lunch!

Quick service. Ambiance seemed sterile so we ate outside. Food was just okay. I ordered the chicken taco salad and asked for extra cheese, I was given no extra cheese. The amount of lettuce to topping ratio was not great there was probably only 4oz of chicken to 18oz of lettuce. There was so much lettuce, when I went home I added more cheese and dressing. It was not worth the $. My husband ordered the small blt, that looked like it had enough toppings. He said it was just okay. We were traveling through the area, so we wont be back but I would give it another try and try a different salad.

I went there for lunch today ! I got there when they opened. The girl opened up promptly. I was impressed. She was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and kind. I got Maki Shrimp with no peppers and extra avocado and Salmon. I have to say the salad was delicious with all the fresh ingredients in it ! I highly recommend the Leestown Road location. I will go back !

This place checked all the boxes for a fast food type meal that isn't as bad as eating fast food. Good, inexpensive and quick.
The employee recommended the Bluegrass Blackberry salad and I'm so glad she did! I would have never ordered that if she didn't suggest it and it was freaking amazing. A very flavorful vegetarian salad. I wanted to add avocado but alas, they had none. No biggie though. That salad held its own even without the addition of avocado.
My hubs ordered the Acapulco Caesar wrap. Light and filling but with a little heat, very very good. And seeing as the temperature was in the 90's, it felt good to eat something light and healthy and not heavy that was going to weigh us down. Both our meals (we didn't order drinks) cost $20 and it's hard to beat that price these days.

The salads are a great size for the $ and they are evenly balanced between greens and other ingredients. You're not getting just a bowl of salad with one sunflower seed. I had the kale with sweet potato and was able to substitute some of the items with suggestions from the salad-rista (salad barista). I wasn't a fan of the lemonade but I am super-picky. The pumpkin bisque was so good and thick, a meal in itself. Totally convenient with the Lexington Opera House and you can order ahead for a quick pick-up.

Great for takeout. Their salad bowls are really good sized, the bibim bowl was really good but a bit on the small size for the price. Will definitely be back.

I completely forgot there was a Vinaigrette in the Hamburg area. I'll definitely have to eat here more!

We went around 6 and it was surprisingly not busy at all. The restaurant was extremely clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. I opted to try the Chicken Taco Salad. It comes with romaine lettuce, beans, tortilla strips, chicken, red onion, tomatoes, a southwest dressing and an avocado dressing. It hit the spot. Definitely a new fav PERIOD.

This is located conveniently in the strip mall near Walmart and hobby lobby for those looking to visit. They have a wonderful patio for seating as well!

I'm going to start by being thrifty, 16.95 for a Maki salad with chicken, 2 pieces of bread and a drink is way too expensive. The salad contents were good but the Sirracha dress was very mayo flavored. The tea was good but the coconut lime drink was different.

The restaurant is clean and they did good on Face masks and social distancing. But when 2 guys came in without they did not tell them to put on a mask. They do have masks at the door.

Just don't think this is my kind of salad place.

If you are wanting a fast lunch, a healthier option from the $0.99 heart attack, or you happen to be vegetarian/vegan, this place has you covered. I mentioned to the staff that my wallet was stolen, they compensated my entrée salad and gave me a free drink. They are great!! Note this is a really nice, fast-service casual, salad bar. They offer chicken and other protein to top or toss into your salad. My food and beverage was too notch!!
