Whiskey Bear Craft Kitchen & Bar is where Modern American Cuisine meets artisanal cocktails. Our new food menu features delicious, shareable appetizers, crave-able salads, and a mouth-watering selection of sandwiches and Wagyu burgers, as well as some incredible entrees, all in addition to our hand-stretched pizzas made with our family dough recipe that we make in-house daily. Our bar menu boasts a carefully curated array of over 300 whiskeys and spirits from around the world. We meticulously craft syrups, squeeze fresh juices, and create infusions to make inventive artisanal cocktails that are dangerously delicous. Every sip is an adventure.

Whiskey Bear is one of my favorite local bars - they have amazing, knowledgeable staff, strong and creative craft cocktails (try the CBD cocktail for a 'chill' experience), and some of the most heavenly, garlicky goodness across a diverse menu of food!
The cool, Instagramable venue is also super cool!

Apr 10, 2023Previous reviewWow! Visited Easter Sunday and sat at the bar - drove out to Whiskey Bear specifically in search of mocktails, and their menu did not disappoint! They had many delicious mocktails to choose from, and the Cafe Shakarsto was a show-stopper espresso martini substitute. It was creamy, rich and delicious with house-made cold brew.
We didn't try the food, but the brunch menu and the pizza menu from Addie's kitchen both looked stellar.
The decor was super clean and chic - and I loved the bears hidden in fun places on the bar!
The true part that escalated the experience was the service; wow! I don't know where the managers found their staff, but they are SO friendly and helpful with e recommendations and they KNOW THIER stuff behind the bar.

We haven't been here since they opened over a year ago. It has changed so much and all for the better! The food is amazing. The service is great. The drink menu is extensive and the food menu is new so you must check it out!!

Jan 29, 2023Previous reviewWe had to try this new neighborhood bar which is part of Addie's pizza in a strip center to the left of Beaumont Kroger shopping center. Parking is not an issue. I noticed an outdoor lit patio section to the left which will be nice to enjoy when it warms up. We told our friends to meet us at Addies however when we walked by there were only two people inside so we kept walking down to Whiskey Bear. The bar was completely full and most of the tables were as well however we did find a high top in the back corner with padded bench seating on one side and high metal chairs on the other. They had two large TV screens in the corner so we could watch UK get beaten by Kansas as we drank LOL. This was a Saturday night around 8:00pm and by the time we left at 9:30, the place had cleared out. So, onto the food & drink.... They have a huge leather book containing several pages of cocktails, bourbon, wine, etc. It was very impressive. I got a lemon vodka drink with humdinger in the name. It was great. We ordered two appetizers, the signature cheesy flatbread $11 and the Trio Carne meatballs with veal, beef and pork, $12. Both were served with a delicious marinara sauce but we did have to add some Parmesan and pepper flakes (from packets) to the meatballs because they were a little bland. I wish they would splurge on some actual shakers because I hate those little packets. I feel like you have to tear 5 open to get anything out of them. For dinner, I got the meat lasagna. It was a huge portion and probably the meatiest lasagna I've ever had in my life. May I suggest that you change from plastic plates to something a little better? As the waitress handed me the plate, the lasagna slid towards the edge of the plate and almost into my lap! My husband got the "Meater" pizza 10" $14 and said it was good. The crust is thick. The other couple we were with got a pizza and pasta primavera $16. Our total bill was $ 130 before tip for the four of us (this included two cocktails, three beers and an iced tea).

We ate here about a month ago. I can't believe I did not review it immediately. We ordered a appetizers and it served us nicely. There were three of us and the pizza from next door was delicious. We will definitely be back.

The drinks were delicious, and the pizza is some of the best Lexington has to offer. I'd also recommend their breadsticks!

They were dried out and very tough. The chicken melt was cooked properly but the caramelized onion/mushroom topping was bitter

We are happy to have whiskey bear and Addie's pizza in the neighborhood. If you have not been here you must try the pizzas. We are a Fan of thin crust. We ordered the 14 inch large for 2 people. It came out fast and tasted great. Check out the photos!!

This is a great, local bar! Now that I'm out of my "going out and drinking heavily days," it's really nice to have a bar nearby with a more laid-back vibe. This was my second time at Whiskey Bear and I've had different drinks both times - they have a large, diverse menu. My favorite so far is the honeysuckle humdinger - it was a perfect combination of sweet (from the honey) and bright (from the citrus and bubbles). I'm looking forward to trying more drinks!

Just had lunch and tried the BBQ pork sandwich, truffle fries and Bourbon BBQ burger. It was all delicious. One of the best burgers in the city, seriously! And the truffle fries were incredible. We'll be back!
