Must be comfortable with and should enjoy working in an office, outdoors, and on client sites (coal mines). This position requires a broad understanding of the company’s products, as well as a solid mechanical and technical aptitude. The person selected for this position will be required to travel within North America and internationally as needed (for up to 6 weeks at a time) to client sites to guide onsite engineers in installing and troubleshooting the equipment. Experience in the coal industry (mechanical/technical aspects) industry is required. Specifically, the person selected for this role will: • Develop a recruitment strategy in a fiscally responsible manner to address the changing and differing needs of various business units within the organization. • Analyze recruitment processes to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions. • Facilitate the recruitment process and follows up with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled in an efficient and effective manner. • Develop and participate in creative solutions to “sell” the employment experience to potential applicants such as speaking engagements at colleges and planning and hosting open houses at business unit locations. • Regularly attend job fairs to promote the company brand and develop a talent pipeline. • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance. • Troubleshoot low yielding recruitment processes and takes appropriate action to increase applicant flow. • Analyze and screen applications for employment by ensuring candidates meet the minimum qualifications for the position Candidates should have the following qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products, particularly Excel. • Basic knowledge of HR systems such as Ultimate Software, Kronos Workforce Ready, ADP, GP, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Oracle, or Selerix. • Knowledge of pertinent federal, state or local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to human resources. • Ability to speak to groups of students or potential candidates with ease and confidence about the position or business needs and work environment, • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. • Ability to organize and prepare clear, concise and accurate reports and correspondence. • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of employees, officers, directors, and service providers. • Ability to manage time and be efficient and effective in the completion of multiple assignments simultaneously through the appropriate prioritization of tasks. • Ability to work with little direct supervision in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities assigned. • Proven flexibility and problem-solving skills. 15-20% travel required, mostly in-state, with seasonal fluctuations. Experience Required:
BA degree from an accredited college or university from an applicable field of study required (relevant years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of education) and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in human resources recruiting (experience in healthcare recruiting is strongly preferred); demonstrable knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws pertaining to human resources; basic knowledge of HR systems such as Ultimate Software (UltiPro), Kronos Workforce Ready, ADP, GP, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Oracle, or Selerix; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and/or HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources credentialing preferred. Revive Life House Ministries is seeking a President for their Non-profit organization. The President will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry; develop a strategic plan in collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors to advance the companies mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. They will also oversee all of the company operations (Nicholasville Life House; Lexington Life House, Adam Lowe Center) to ensure maintaining company mission and vision statements, quality, service and cost effective management of resources of all departments. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Compliance: •Responsible for all aspects of compliance for AODE, BHSO – CARF in the above named locations. • Interface with Directors, UR’s and Auditing for improvement in order to ensure the development, implementation and monitoring of program quality assurance standards that are in compliance with regulatory requirements. This will include participation in utilization reviews and incident reviews. • Identify outcome measures and monitor program performance accordingly. • Approve company operational procedures, policies and standards. Public Relations: • Ensure maximization of census be coordinating outreach efforts of various programs to psychiatric facilities and other referral sources. • Function as liaison through Kentucky State Office of Mental Health, local Departments of Health and any other regulatory agencies with respect to ongoing operations and rehabilitative services. • Represent Revive Life House and any other area centers you would have leadership over at all inter-agency and public levels. • Attend coordinate and provide executive management linkage to area community advisory board’s associated with division’s programs with respect to its various activities. • Delegate responsibility for attending provider agency meetings and community organization meetings as appropriate. • Promote the company through written articles and personal appearances at conferences, radio, television and any other media. • Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings and at formal functions. • Promote the company to local, regional and national constituencies. • Build a fund-raising network using personal contacts, direct mail, special events and foundation support. •Present company report at annual Board of Director meetings.
Experience Required:
BACKGROUND/ EDUCATION: 1. Master of arts or science degree in a behavioral science or MBA with minimal 3-5 years experience as Vice President or Director position in a health care or health related field with an emphasis on recovery. 2. Preferred to have Valid Professional License (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) 3. Have at least one (5) years of full-time employment experience working directly with adults in a human service setting after completing the educational requirements. 4. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 5.Valid Kentucky driver’s license. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: Work requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule and potential travel.
