Job Description Summary Supervise the payroll and benefits department and all functions related to multi-state payroll and employee benefit programs. This position ensures the credibility of the department, compliance with applicable regulations, and supports employee benefit needs.   Selected Responsibilities Plan and direct the activities of the payroll/benefit staff. Coordinate all payroll tax reporting requirements with payroll services to insure that all federal, state and local reports and payments are in compliance. Ensure compliance for W-2’s, 1095-C, 1094-C. Administer and coordinate all 401(k) related activities; calculate pension benefits, manage vision, EAP, and reimbursement accounts, and administer QDRO’s. Maintain payroll/benefit related accounts in payroll and general ledger systems and is responsible for the reconciliation and accuracy of one or more ledgers. Make journal entries as needed for individual and inter-company accounts. Annual benefit open enrollment planning and implementation. Coordinate with brokers and decision makers for benefit renewals. Cooperates with and assists external and internal auditors as appropriate. Compiles data and complete necessary documentation for submittal of required forms to government agencies, including any test requirements (ie 5500s, PBGC filing, Medicare Part D, non-discrimination test, etc.). Responsible for preparing the payroll added cost (PAC) budget and submitting for management approval.
Experience Required:
Experience and Qualifiers 4-year college degree; Accounting/Finance, Human Resources or like course of study. Minimum 8 years decision level payroll and benefits experience. Experience with the types of benefit programs offered at Link-Belt. Must have good analytical skills, proficient with MS Excel. Know or quickly learn UltiPro HRIS. Quickly learn other software / web tools used on the job. Communicate clearly with all levels of employees, dependents, and third parties with a respectful and helpful demeanor.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end creation of email marketing campaigns for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and Database and Technology communities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create end-to-end email marketing campaigns to promote products and events for JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud and Database and Technology communities. Own the design and production of emails: Canvas and template design, segmentation, copywriting and placement of visual assets including vendor ads. Basic copywriting to clearly and effectively craft emails that resonate with the target audience. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and accuracy of copy, links, design, etc. Work with stakeholders to develop review process that allows for quality assurance while also meeting deliverable deadlines. Track, report and analyze email campaign performance to drive better engagement through opens and clicks. Perform A/B Testing and provide suggestions for optimization. Stay abreast of email trends and identify best practices. Manage email traffic across all communities and determine optimal send times. Roadmap member preferences and identify opportunities to be more efficient with automated campaigns. Advise on best-practice and execute Hard Bounce/Soft Bounce/Unsubscribe strategy to drive against stronger email deliverability. QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS degree in Marketing or similar field 2-5 years of progressive email marketing experience Experience with marketing automation, Eloqua preferred Familiarity with HTML and CSS coding preferred Comfortable with data and reporting Well organized with the ability to manage multiple email campaigns at once and understand how to prioritize workload based on business goals.
