N. R., Inc was founded in 1992 by Vicki House. Ms. House still owns, works, and serves as Executive Director of N.R.. Inc. N.R., Inc, is comprised of three distinctive healthcare divisions. Private Duty is NR’s oldest division and can provide nurses, personal care aides and companions in Personal homes, nursing homes, personal care facilities, hospitals, schools, day cares and industries/businesses. Nr, Inc’s second division is “facility staffing” which services hospitals, nursing homes, retirement communities, long term care facilities, schools, health departments, adult day cares, factories, correctional facilities, local industry and businesses. Our staffing division can provide most disciplines of health care worker inclusive of nurses, aides, therapists, companions and sitters. N. R., Inc’s third division is “infusion therapies” which provides infusion therapies to individuals in their residences, nursing homes or other facilities. This division employees only Registered Nurses to provide these physician ordered therapies to patients all across the state of Kentucky and some surrounding states.

N.R., Inc is the only local staffing company possessing Joint Commission Certification for healthcare staffing services for all three of our divisions, the highest level of certification for staffing companies.
